What are we looking for?

Films that make us think and laugh. Our special focus is, of course, Mothers, Babies and Birth. We seek images that inspire, empower and reveal simple truths.

Where?

MIFF is young and mobile. We have three events coming in 2008:

• Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute in Hamilton, Bermuda, September 13-14
• The City Opera House in Traverse City, Michigan, October 15-17
• Unity Church in San Jose, Costa Rica, November 22-23

Why?

With overwhelming healthcare costs, rising cesarean section rates and increasing dissatifaction with the way birth is typically handled, we need better models and healing images of how beautiful birth can be.

How?
